Ephesus is the best-preserved classical city on the Mediterranean, and perhaps the best place in the world to get the feeling for what life was like in Roman times.
As a strategic coastal gateway to the Eastern World, this Ionian refuge grew to be the second largest city in the Roman Empire, the site of a Christian shrine, and one of the seven wonders of the ancient world.

Located 20 kilometers from the town of Denizli in the Aegean region of Turkey, Pamukkale is one of the most interesting places in the world, justly famous not only for the entrancing beauty of its unique geological formations but also for its historical remains.
The calcium oxide-rich waters flowing down the southern slope of Caldag located north of the ruins have, over the millennia, built up deposits of white travertine on the plateau thus fully justifying both the site's ancient name of Hierapolis (Holy City) and its modern one of Pamukkale (Cotton Castle).

Turtle Beach is 5km (two and a half miles) strand of golden brown sand called Iztuzu Beach or better known as Turtle Beach. The beach can be reached by road or even better by sailing down to the beautiful turquoise sea of Turtle Beach on the river from the gorgeous river frontage at Dalyan.
The beach is famous as a breeding ground for the loggerhead turtle. These giants of the sea lumber ashore on summer nights to lay their eggs in the sand. Turtle beach hit the headlines in 1987 when the foundations for a luxury hotel were laid at the south end of the beach. There was a storm of protest from conservationists throughout the world (including Britons David Bellamy), backed by public opinion the Turkish government scrapped the project and declared the beach a protected area for ever more.

Temple of Apollo :
The Temple of Apollo Epicurius (also spelled Temple of Apollo Epikourios and also known as Apollon Epikourion) is one of the largest and best-preserved temples in Greece. It was built in the Arcadian mountains in the 5th century BC by the same architect who designed the Parthenon.
The entire temple is currently covered in a large white tent, which protects the structure from the sometimes severe weather during restoration. After looking around the temple, climb uphill northwest of the temple for a beautiful view overlooking the Nedhas River, Mt. Lykaeon, and, on a clear day, the Ionian Sea.
